Shipping FAQs
USPS Informed Delivery shows you incoming mail to your shipping address without needing a tracking number. To sign up and track your parcel, follow the steps below:
1. Create Your Account
Click here to go to the USPS website to sign up for Informed Delivery.
2. Verify Your Identity
Verifying your identity and the address where you are shipping your Wiz Distro orders too.
3. Track Your Wiz Distro Order
Once your USPS Informed Delivery account is verified, you will now receive automatic notifications every time your order moves with USPS without needing a USPS tracking number.
You will only need to sign up to Informed Delivery once to track all future orders from Wiz Distro.
Due to a high volume of orders, we do not offer USPS tracking at this time, we are working on adding this feature soon. In the meantime, you can track your order using USPS Informed Delivery. If your parcel hasn’t appeared yet on USPS Informed Delivery, please allow some time for it to be scanned and updated into the USPS system.
At this time, we provide a order number via email that can be used to track your shipment on our ‘Track Your Order‘ page.
We have a one-day processing period. After you place your order, we take up to 24 hours to package it and prepare it for shipment.
Once shipped, delivery time depends on the method you selected:
- First Class: 5–7 business days
- Priority Mail: 2–4 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
